On Friday 15th May, the amazing author Tom Palmer visited Dobwalls to share his passion for reading and writing books.  It was a pleasure to welcome him into Dobwalls and listen to his career as an author.  It was especially exciting for Year 6 as during the year, they have read his book titled Armistice Runner - they were so excited to meet the author in person!

Y4/5/6 took part in a quiz linked to his latest book 'If the Invader Comes' and the whole school enjoyed an assembly together. So many brilliant questions were asked by our children. Tom signed so many books at the end of the day including a few for our library!  Thank you Tom!
