No Pens Day
No Pens Day - October 7th 2020
National Dyslexia Awareness Week
As part of National Dyslexia Awareness Week, we took part in a No Pens Day. This was a super day where all children across the school took part in planned activities by their teachers emphasising the importance of speaking and listening.
We began the day with an online assembly by Mrs Pipe. This shared the importance of learning about difference as well learning more about dyslexia. Take a look at the short clip we enjoyed watching.
Year Five made starts using stickers following co-ordinates for their maths learning.
Year Two enjoyed using the laptops and made rockets which were launched on the field!
