Fit4Life 2020

Fit 4 Life club is for all ages who want to improve their health and well- being. The group starts with a mile walk embracing fresh air whatever the weather! This is followed up by tasting healthy snacks and discussions about health related topics eg. sleep, snacks, family meals and many more! To encourage everyone Fit 4 Life points have been offered to children with the promise of a certificate if they achieve 50 points. To do so they need to try new foods, get enough sleep, be helpful and other health targets. Together we can be Fit 4 Life!
